The next thing you can do is identify your response towards stress either you get angry and violated or get down and immobile completely. These are called Overexcited stress response and Under an exciting stress response, respectively. According to this identification, you should plan something for dealing with your stress. If you are getting anxious or stressed about something, then tell yourself that thing is not bigger than you. You can handle this situation with great capacity. Hold on to your emotions too. Do not let your mind make you an emotional fool or a person suffering from a river of emotions.

Mindfulness is a very great strategy during stressful situations. It is meant for focusing on the present moment and use all your senses such as;

  5. Taste
